Back for the Summer of 2022!
Our Summer FC Excel 3-day Dynamic Striker and Goalkeeper camp for Middle School and High School players 2009-2003 ages will include:

Speed Agility Technical work Tactical passing patterns Shooting Dribbling Rondos and of course small sided 3v3 to 7v7 play.

Fitness tests, injury preventive and breathing exercises are also a MUST!
