We are a YEAR Round Soccer Club!
GENERAL INFORMATION--
Spring and Fall Seasons are typically a 10-12 week seasons which includes 20-24 practices and 6-8 games.
Winter Season is a 10-12 week indoor soccer (turf) season practicing once a week.
We will have an FC Excel Full-time Futsal Club that will also be a 10-12 week season creating a HYBRID winter season for ALL!!
Training Locations for outdoors seasons:
Clarksburg City Park Nutter Fort ,Outdoor Turf sessions (when needed)
Saturdays or Sundays —East West Stadium Fairmont or RCB High School after 1pm.
Training Locations for winter: Turf indoor facility in Clarksburg and VFC FUTSAL at the Bridge.
League Play:
High school ages 15u-19u
*Either Shawnee State League WV High School ages Spring only--**games typically played in Charleston WV and North central WV
*Either PA Classic division Saturday league games
*Exhibition matches if possible
9u-14u Boys and Girls
*Either PA West League 9u-14u--for Fall and Spring Division 4/5 Sundays or Classic Division 3 Saturdays.
*Either Shawnee State League WV for 9u-14u Sundays.
10u Boys and Girls developmental games--Saturdays
Jr Academy 7u-8u 2-3 Local games if possible on Saturdays after 3pm.
Tournaments *7u-High School—** Included in your season fees ($30-$110 per tournament) all based on Tournament Cost.
*Spring and Fall seasons 1-2 tournaments per season
*Winter season 3-5 tournaments per season
Jr. Academy 7u-8u One/Two tournaments per season.
**Fundraising and Sponsorship opportunities will be available for Tournament fees!
Registration fees:
$35 fee to WV state Insurance and MUSC affiliation club fee**ONE TIME YEARLY FEE**
Not applicable if paid in Fall or Winter (not included in your Season Fees)
Club Fees:
$20 Excel club and administration fee per season
$10 CWVSA Club Host and rental fee Fall and Spring
$60 League registration and referees
Fall and Spring Coaching fees: Includes 20-22 practices/ 6-8 Games/without tournament.

$250 11u-14u
$300 15u-19u
$125 Jr. Academy 7u/8u (once a week training)
**These costs do not include the WV 6% sales tax
